Orders are fulfilled through third-party production partners, including print-on-demand providers such as Gelato, using a distributed production network within the EU whenever possible.

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days.

Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–10 business days depending on the destination, product type, and production location.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to carrier issues, peak seasons, or production capacity.

7. Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand)

All products are made to order and produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

change of mind
incorrect size, color, or product selection
accidental orders

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal may not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
