Print-On-Demand

Every order is made to order and produced specifically for you once your purchase is placed.

To reduce shipping times and unnecessary transport, orders are fulfilled through local production network across Europe whenever possible.

Shipping locations

We currently ship exclusively within the European Union.

Production time

Orders typically enter production within 1–3 business days.

During busy periods, holidays, or large product launches, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery


Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may vary depending on:

  • the product ordered
  • destination country
  • local carrier delays
  • seasonal demand

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost, delayed, or damaged orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears lost in transit, please contact us at hello@noirgrid.art and include your order number.

We’ll work with the shipping provider and production partner to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order tracking

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow its journey.

Returns & refunds

Every item is made to order just for you. Because of that, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size or color
  • accidental orders

Please double-check sizing, shipping details, and product options before placing your order.

That said, if something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Cancellations & Changes

Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrcet orders

If there’s an issue with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number
  • a short description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

If the problem is confirmed, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Order issues or incorrect address?

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, or because it wasn’t picked up in time, we can resend it – but the customer is responsible for new shipping costs.
